What is the shelf life of your coffee products?
Most of our coffee products, including Nescafé and Starbucks At Home, have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months. For the best flavor profile, we recommend consuming the product before the 'Best Before' date printed on the packaging.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your caffeine fix sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Are your coffee capsules recyclable?
Yes, sustainability is a priority for us. Our Nespresso and Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsules are made from recyclable materials. We offer a dedicated recycling program where you can drop off used capsules at designated collection points.
Can I return food or beverage products?
